In summary, the Secretariat:
- Provides strategic and technical leadership for the initiative;
- Proposes a yearly work program. It devises and supports processes and content to implement;
- Facilitates the delivery and production of products;
- Produces and manages the SuM4All website;
- Coordinates and delivers outreach activities;
- Provides content and coordinates logistics for the monthly steering committee and bi-annual consortium meetings;
- Fundraises with other steering committee members and administers financial resources (through the Mobility and Logistics Multi-Donor Trust Fund).
